Resurrection: The Invitation to
Hope with Jack Shea
Monday, April 19 ǀ 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. ǀ Presented live as a Zoom Webinar
We are privileged to have Jack Shea speak to the spirituality of this liturgical time of the year. He is a creative writer, theologian, storyteller and poet.
All of us have had the experience of the loss of a loved one to death. In today's pandemic world, we see grieving pictures and daunting statistics on the news on a daily basis. It is a cultural constant, turning us into a people of grieving and remembering the ones we have lost.
During Holy Week, we walked together through events of the death and resurrection of Jesus. Now, during this Easter season, will our hearts find a way to bring hope into our grief and remembering?
Jack Shea is a consultant with decades of experience in providing theological and formation services to parishes and faith-based organizations. He was the former Professor of Systematic Theology and former Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at the University of St. Mary of the Lake. He was Research Professor at the Institute of Pastoral Studies, Loyola University, Chicago. Jack has published more than twenty books.
Presented live as a Zoom Webinar.
