All Leaders will be expected to be in attendance at all scheduled meetings. Please be aware of the following attendance and commitment expectations: 5 General Training Sessions (2 hours each), 1 Session of Practice Talks (4 hours) Individual time for writing your talk and meeting with your adult mentor and small group partners The retreat time itself from Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening (you must be able to miss school on Thursday afternoon and all day on Friday) Kairos Leadership goes well beyond the retreat experience itself. In addition to the above expectations Kairos Leaders needs to demonstrate a willingness to participate and assume other responsibilities and leadership roles with in the Saint Anne Youth Ministry programs. Obvious places for this extension of leadership are the Spiritus Retreat and speaking engagements in our PATHS program. All Kairos Leaders are expected to lead ethical lives before, during and after the retreat, respecting drug and alcohol laws. Violations of this could disqualify a candidate from a leadership opportunity. I am familiar with and agree with the above expectations:* Yes No CommentsThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
