Purpose
The Gathering Space is an extension of the Worship Space and as such is a place to help prepare people for entrance into the Liturgical experience, while at the same time connecting them to one another in the Body of Christ.
Guidelines for Weekend Solicitation/Information Sharing
Only parish organizations/groups may request use of the Gathering Space.
Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance (using a ST. ANNE FACILITIES REQUEST FORM) through Cathy Faust at the Parish Office.
Space is limited to 2 areas – to be posted – thus limiting solicitation/dissemination to two organizations. An organization/group may reserve only one space. If after the 2nd week deadline has past, no one has requested the 2nd space, the first organization/group may request the 2nd space.
Reserved use of the Gathering Space is limited to 2 weeks.
Names of organizations/groups using the Gathering Space on a particular weekend will be posted in the kitchen by Friday of each week by Cathy Faust. Organizations/groups attempting to use the Gathering Space but not on the list will be reminded of the guidelines and asked to reserve a space for a future date.
Gathering Space Activity – of any kind – will not begin until the Recessional of the Mass has concluded and must end 10 minutes prior to the start of the next Mass.
Set up
- A standard setup will consist of 1- 8 ft. table (in excellent condition), 2 chairs and 1 easel.

Hospitality
- A third area-directly in front of the kitchen-may be reserved for, with use limited to, Hospitality or food sales.
- An organization/group may reserve the Hospitality area in addition to another area but only if planning to serve refreshments.
Organizations/groups are responsible for making sure that all materials used are removed from the premises.
