SAVE THE DATES!
Monday, February 14, 2022 and Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
Plan to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to prepare for your Lenten journey by joining with your Saint Anne community in renewing our faith together! This year we look forward to welcoming Bishop Joseph Tyson, as our guest speaker.
You may recognize his name from our Lenten Almsgiving efforts through Catholic Extension. Bishop Tyson delivered a personal message to the people of Saint Anne in 2016 asking for our support for his seminarian immersion program and again last year thanking us for standing in solidarity with the H2-A migrant workers whom he welcomes to his Diocese each spring.
Saint Anne alms helped support Bishop Tysonʹs efforts ʺto bring the Church to the peopleʺ, a vision which he will talk about as part of his message, entitled ʺOur Church, Our Futureʺ. Bishop Tyson will lay the groundwork for the mission at all weekend liturgies on Saturday, February 12, 2022 and Sunday, February 13, 2022, and then will speak on Monday, February 14, 2022 and Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Plan to attend these evenings and be both inspired and challenged.

Catholic Extension recently featured Bishop Tyson in its series, Shepherds at the Peripheries. In this photo, Bishop Tyson plays with a young girl, the child of migrant workers. The Seminarian Immersion Program connects candidates for the priest-hood with the people they will one day shepherd.
