Christ came to call everyone, but He had a special devotion to those on the margins. If He were walking the earth today, He would likely have a ministry dedicated to our LGBT brothers and sisters. Here at St. Anne, we can be His hands and feet. Join us as we embark on a four-week study of Father James Martin, SJ’s essential book Building A Bridge. Meetings will take place virtually and will be facilitated by Megan Czerwinski. Megan studied theology at the University of Notre Dame, has been a freelance writer for Notre Dame’s website Grotto Network, and has co-facilitated Walking with Purpose Scripture Study for the past several years. She is equally passionate about two things: learning more about her faith and helping every single person to realize how wildly and extravagantly God loves them. Let us come together as a parish to explore the many ways we can show this love to all of God’s children. Discussion sessions will be held via Zoom on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm beginning on October 7. The four-week schedule is as follows.
Week One: First Lane of the Bridge (pages 1-75)
Discussion Questions to be found on pages 176-181
Week Two: Second Lane of the Bridge (pages 76-108)
