Dear Saint Anne Parishioner(s):
We hope this letter finds you and your families settled into all that 2016 will bring.
As you know, Saint Anne Parish School remains a strong, vibrant and faith-based school rooted in its commitment to spiritual and moral values; academic excellence and co-curricular experiences; and a shared partnership of student success between school, families and faith. Through your commitment and dedication, your Saint Anne Parish School continues to thrive.
Sister Ann Busch Scholarship Fund
Planning is underway for Catholic Schools week activities January 31st to February 5th, beginning with Family Mass at 9am on Sunday, January 31st. As we celebrate this important time in our faith-education community, we must also take pause and remember those that are less fortunate and who rely on the Sister Ann Busch Scholarship Fund to afford a Catholic education. Each year, SAS families in need apply for support from this fund for tuition assistance. This year $82,000 has been awarded. This includes contributions from our parishioners, the Project Hope Scholarship Fund and the Denim & Diamond fundraiser.
In her 10 years as principal, Sister Ann was deeply passionate and committed to Catholic education. She believed strongly in the importance of Catholic education and advocated to make it affordable for all who wished to participate. What better way to support her spirit and legacy than by contributing to the scholarship renamed in her honor!
We ask you to prayerfully consider making a contribution to the Sister Ann Busch Scholarship Fund in her memory.
Respectfully,
Mrs. Dawn Kapka, Principal
Fr. Bernie Pietrzak, Pastor
Mrs. Colleen Kozak, School Advisory Board Chair
