All are Welcome for our Pre-Lenten Mission
Wise Fools and Happy Stewards
Presented by the Sparough Family Mission Team
February 2, 3 and 4 – 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Church
Plan to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to prepare for your Lenten journey by joining with your parish community in renewing our faith together.
The format of the mission is appropriate for parishioners of all ages and life stages – singles, young adults, families, seniors, teens, and empty nesters will all be inspired and rejuvenated by participating.
Through dramatizations of stories and gospel scenes, spiritual analogies illustrated by juggling, guided prayer, engaging preaching, uplifting songs, and rituals of blessing, peppered with lighthearted, God-centered clowning, this mission promises to challenge, delight and reignite the flame of God’s love in our hearts.
Plan to participate in one, two or all three evenings. The content of each presentation can stand on its own; do not let the inability to make one evening keep you from the others.
Monday, February 2 – Discipleship: Following the Master of Folly
Tuesday, February 3 – Reconciliation: Holding On and Letting Go*
Wednesday, February 4 – Mission: The Challenge Juggle
All sessions are from 7:00-8:30 p.m. and will be held in the Church. No registration is necessary to attend – all are welcome as you are able.
